Alison has helped me lots of the years with my two daughters. My now 5 year old went through a stage of not wanting to go to bed when she was around 18months – 2yrs. She would get herself so worked up and make herself sick and Alison told me exactly what I needed to do and within a week or so my daughter had stopped her total meltdowns at bedtimes.

This lady surely does have a magic wand! My gorgeous miracle baby boy Jude got used to sleeping in our bed after we spent a glorious week in the Portugal. Once we were home I thought normality would resume…shock horror normality was a distant memory!
