Alison has helped me lots of the years with my two daughters.  My now 5 year old went through a stage of not wanting to go to bed when she was around 18months – 2yrs. She would get herself so worked up and make herself sick and Alison told me exactly what I needed to do and within a week or so my daughter had stopped her total meltdowns at bedtimes. 
And with my 2nd daughter, who didn’t stop crying for the first 10 months of her life, Alison offered lots of different techniques to try and was always only a text away if I needed her.

This lady surely does have a magic wand! My gorgeous miracle baby boy Jude got used to sleeping in our bed after we spent a glorious week in the Portugal. Once we were home I thought normality would resume…shock horror normality was a distant memory! I reached out to Alison and she gave me some wonderful coaching tips, I cannot thank this lady enough. 3 nights in and Jude’s back in his cot almost sleeping through the night! AMAZING!!! Alison has really helped me with my headstrong 2 year old who just doesn’t want to go to bed and would frequently wake at night!  She’s also given me some great tips with my 7 year old who isn’t the best sleeper either. There’s so much improvement I don’t dread bedtimes anymore!
